# Terms of Service

### 1. Who we are

Just Right Organizing LLC is a professional home organizing business based in Alton, Illinois, serving the Illinois Metro East.

### 2. Services

We provide residential organizing, unpacking and home setup, packing, downsizing, maintenance sessions and weekly office cleaning, as agreed with you after your free phone consultation. We do not provide hoarding remediation, cleanouts, junk removal, moving-truck transport, or construction or built-in installation.

### 3. Booking and payment

A deposit of 50% reserves your date. The balance is due at the end of each session. Packages start at $850, and your final price is confirmed before booking.

### 4. Products

We recommend products and send shopping links, and you buy them directly. We do not resell or mark up products.

### 5. Donations

Donation haul-away is included with each session. Items you choose to let go of are donated to local charities. We do not sell your items, and we are not responsible for items once they are donated.

### 6. Your decisions

You decide what stays and what goes. We never discard or donate anything without your approval.

### 7. Access and safety

You will give us safe access to the spaces we are organizing. We may pause work in unsafe conditions, such as pests, mold or structural hazards.

### 8. Privacy

We keep what we see in your home confidential. We photograph your spaces only with your permission, and never photograph people or identifying details. Our [privacy notice](privacy.md) explains how we handle website information.

### 9. Liability

We take care with your belongings and are insured. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected session.
