# Meet Kalli and the Just Right Team

### Who is Kalli Erwin?

Kalli Erwin is the founder of Just Right Organizing, based in Alton, Illinois. She started the business in 2022. The work centers on home organizing, packing, unpacking and home setup for people who want help putting practical systems in place.

### Why did Kalli start Just Right Organizing?

Kalli once looked at a space in her own home and felt unsure where to begin. Receiving help brought relief that stayed with her. She wanted other people to have that support, too.

Creating work opportunities for local women is also part of what matters to Kalli. Just Right brings a team approach to projects while making room for the customer’s choices.

### Who is on the Just Right team?

Meet the people pictured in our team photographs. Project assignments are discussed as part of scheduling; these photos do not promise that every team member will attend your session.

### What is working with the team like?

You keep the decisions about your belongings. The team mainly needs you for brief decision blasts about what to keep, donate or relocate, then can continue implementing the system.

- Tell us which everyday routines are difficult.
- Make the choices that matter to you.
- Let the team handle the hands-on organizing.

### Do I need to make my home presentable first?

No. You do not need to tidy up before asking for help. Kalli reviews your inquiry before a free phone consultation, so you can talk about the space and the next sensible step.
