# Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

### Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free with at least 72 hours of notice. Call or text [(618) 531-9149](tel:+16185319149) or email [kalli@justrightorganizing.net](mailto:kalli@justrightorganizing.net).

### Cancelling

- **72 hours of notice or more:** your deposit is refunded or moved to a new date, whichever you prefer.
- **Less than 72 hours of notice:** the deposit is kept. We will still apply it to a new date if you rebook within 60 days.

### No-shows and lockouts

If our team arrives and cannot get in, the session counts as used.

### Illness and emergencies

Life happens. Tell us as soon as you can and we will work with you.

### If we need to reschedule

If illness, severe weather or an emergency means we need to move your session, we will contact you as early as possible and you will never be charged for it.
